Kajda is currently studying Producing at the Academy of Performing Arts in Prague. She works in production with Tantehorse and at Palác Akropolis, where she collaborates on the music projects EuroConnections, Beans, and the venue's concert programme. She is also part of the Signal Festival team, coordinating volunteers. In addition, she contributes to the production of the Bazaar Dance Festival, the Spectaculare electronic music festival, and the KUK Festival for toddlers.

In her free time, she enjoys hiking and multi-day backpacking trips, travelling around the Balkans with friends, shooting on analogue film, climbing, cooking, and visiting exhibitions. She has a great sense of humour and loves sunshine.
